1. Use of the Services

You may use RizzMe to create music, share content, and explore community-generated creations. You must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country)
• Use RizzMe only for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise authorized
• Follow these Terms and applicable laws

We may suspend or remove your access if you misuse the platform.

2. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our rules.

3. Content Ownership and Licenses

Your Content

You retain rights to music, audio, and creative content you upload or make in RizzMe. By using RizzMe, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store and process your content
• Display it back to you in the app
• Use it (anonymously) to improve the app

We will never sell your creations or use them in marketing without your explicit permission.

Remixing & Sharing

• When you record a RizzMe song, it is automatically saved to your profile and may be viewable by others, even if you do not share it to social media.
• If you share a RizzMe song publicly or if your profile is set to public (or searchable in the future), other users may view, remix, or modify your content.
• You may see edits, remixes, or derivatives made from your RizzMe song by other users.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use RizzMe for illegal or harmful purposes
• Upload copyrighted material without permission
• Harass, spam, or impersonate others
• Reverse-engineer or tamper with the app
• Attempt to bypass platform limitations or moderation

We may remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

RizzMe, including its name, logo, software, and design, is owned by Shibuya Inc. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the app or website without our permission.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

7. Disclaimers

RizzMe is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or always available. You use RizzMe at your own risk.

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of content
• Third-party content or services
• Damages resulting from app use

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Shibuya Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RizzMe.

9. App Store & Google Play Requirements

You acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and Shibuya Inc., not Apple or Google
• Apple and Google are not responsible for RizzMe or its content
• If you downloaded RizzMe via the App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to their respective terms

10. Updates and Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RizzMe means you accept the revised Terms. You should check this page periodically.
